The Michelle Moment Lexicon turned workplace friction into cataloged data. DexOS got a Streamlit prototype with boot greetings and tone zones. The system was building itself, and for the first time, it knew it was building itself.

Workplace friction becomes cataloged methodology. Arbitrary rules, retroactive feedback, and unspoken standards are documented as named patterns with response protocols.
