"The strong exist to protect, not to take."
— Feliciano the Brutal, House K'abula Oath
Feliciano walks the holds of Skyrim with the gait of a man who was born to serve and chose to lead. House K'abula — a Dragonborn noble lineage — raised him on two truths: the world will try to break you, and the broken need someone who didn't. He took both to heart and became a wall.
The Oath of Devotion is not performance. It's architecture. Feliciano's moral code is load-bearing — remove it and the man collapses. He protects Hillie not because she's fragile (she would set that sentence on fire) but because devotion without an object is just posturing.
Akatosh's scales gleam on his shield. At Level 14, the Aura of Protection radiates outward like a second skin. Every ally within ten feet saves better because he's standing there. The Aura of Devotion makes charm effects irrelevant. He is not just a fighter. He is a field condition.

Oath of Devotion Features
Sacred Weapon
Add CHA modifier (+4) to attack rolls for 1 minute. The weapon glows with golden light. The room knows.
Turn the Unholy
Fiends and undead within 30 ft must save or flee. In Skyrim's draugr-infested barrows, this is a room-clearer.
Aura of Protection (10 ft)
All allies add +4 to saving throws. Feliciano's presence is a passive buff. Stand near him and survive better.
Aura of Devotion (10 ft)
Allies are immune to charm effects. Dragon priests, hagravens, vampires — none of it lands near him.
Draconic Flight
Wings manifest from the bloodline. 30 ft fly speed. Terrain becomes a suggestion, not a limitation.
1d8+4 slashing · Versatile (1d10+4) · +1 · Extra 1d6 radiant vs. undead
Etched with the Akatosh sigil. The blade hums in barrows.
Full plate (AC 18) + shield (+2) · Dragon crest emblazoned
1d6+4 piercing · Range 30/120 · Thrown
Primary Role
Frontline Anchor / Aura Platform
Feliciano's value multiplies with adjacency. The closer allies are, the harder the party is to kill. He holds position so others can operate.
Nova Threat
Divine Smite Burst
Two attacks per turn, each carrying potential 5d8 radiant on a critical. Against undead or fiends, the damage is catastrophic. Boss encounters are his specialty.
V
Identified Vulnerabilities
■Ranged Weakness — Javelins cap at 120 ft. If enemies kite, he burns Draconic Flight or closes on foot. Melee creature in a ranged world.
■Slot Dependency — Smites eat slots. Lay on Hands eats actions. By the third encounter of a long day, the paladin becomes a mundane fighter.
■INT 8 — Feliciano is not clever. He is good and he is strong. Puzzles, traps, deception route around him. Hillie handles the thinking.
Party Dynamics & Operator Context›
With Hillie: The marriage is mechanical as much as emotional. His auras protect her while she blasts from behind. Her Hex marks targets; his smite deletes them. Two-person engine: she paints, he hammers.
